A lot of times, car insurance isn’t really paid much attention to. Usually the fees for these policies are tolerable. They’re nominal even, when you consider the fact that you’re spreading these one time charges across a number of months, even over a whole year sometimes. But that doesn’t mean we should take this thing for granted. Insurance is an important thing. And have what you will about the politics and the baggage about this industry, society will not work, will not function the way it does now, without insurance in the picture. Insurance probably keeps bankruptcy away for millions of people every year in this country.
